After a year of working on Disco Profiles, we uncovered an increasing desire from people to allow them to get started issuing credentials to their users quickly as an organization, without necessarily having to learn every last detail when it comes to decentralized identifiers, methods, and verifiable credentials.

Campaigns is a conceptual experiment for exploring how issuers can create their own claim links/pages for anyone–or those who meet specific criteria–to claim a credential. Shout out to @carlfairclough for pulling this initiative together.

We live in a world where our data is scattered, segmented everywhere, and we have little control over how and where it’s distributed. We also can’t prove we actually control our social accounts outside of the platforms themselves – until now. Disco provides an even more comprehensive approach to managing your online identity.
